With the As-Is system documented, our analysts will brainstorm to find ways to increase efficiency in your processes. This can involve the introduction of technology, integration or enhancement of existing technologies, or simply suggesting alternatives to the current processes. Through collaboration with your team, we will develop a "To-Be" system - a system optimized to meet your needs and improve your efficiency.
But our job is not done there. If there are no efficiencies to be gained by changing your processes, we will let you know. We will not force changes on you that you do not need - that is not the Sterwater way. We will, however, work with you to implement all or some of the changes described as you wish.
